After picking 1,000's of locks with the dozens of locksmiths which I have met at trade shows, I have been able to create a compilation of the best lock picking techniques used by locksmiths.

I have found that there is no single best technique to open a lock. However, by quickly changing or combining techniques, difficult lock open quickly.

Most books will show you hand sketches of figures on how to open a lock. However, until you actual see how a lock is picked, opening a lock is close to impossible. The CD firsts demostrates hows to pick a lock by using a glass see through model of a lock which is cut in half. With this model, you can clearly see the techniques and interaction of the pick with the pin within the lock. Then the CD then demostrates the technique on various locks.
