There are many advantage to having a red dot and a laser sight. With both sights, you are able to quickly sight in the slingshot. There are two different methods for sighting in the slingshot.

Method 1

1) Place a can about 20 feet away.
2) Turn the laser on and aim the laser at the can and carefully shoot.
3) Watch where the steel ball or balls hit.
4) While looking through the red dot sight, place the laser on the can. Turn the knobs on the red dot sight to move the red dot sight’s dot to where you saw the steel balls hit while at the same time keeping the laser pointing at the can.
5) Adjust the laser so that the red dot’s dot and laser dot are aligned on top of each othe

Method 2

1) Place a can about 20 feet away.
2) Looking through the red dot sight, place the red dot on the can and shoot.
3) Watch where the steel ball or balls hit. Adjust the knobs on the red dot sight to correct the shot.
4) Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you hit the can.
5) Adjust the laser so that the red dot’s dot and laser dot are aligned on top of each other
